Shannon McGraw: Practice Manager
Shannon attended the University of North Georgia where she studied Sports Medicine Management.
Shannon has been working with Dr. Mark McCaffery since 2006. Previously, Shannon worked as a Patient Coordinator for a large cardiology practice in Morris County.
Shannon understands how overwhelming dental insurance, dental treatment and treatment scheduling can be. Therefore she always strives to make your dental experience as comfortable and effortless as possible.
When not working, Shannon enjoys spending time with her beautiful 3 year old son. Shannon also volunteers her time to children programs at her local gym. |

Natalie Gil: Registered Hygienist
Natalie attended the University of Medicine and Dentistry and graduated in 2010. Natalie was a proud recipient of the 2010 Delta Dental Scholarship and graduated at the top of her class.
Natalie began her career in dentistry shortly after graduating high school. Working as a dental assistant, she quickly developed a passion for the field. In school, Natalie learned to provide dental care to a variety of patients including those with special needs.
Natalie strives to keep current on the field's latest innovations and technologies through her membership in the American Dental Hygienists' Association and commitment to continuing education. |

Anne Jayne: Certified and Registered Dental Assistant
Anne attended Dental Studies Institute for her RDA and CDA certification.
Anne's career as a RDA/CDA began over 20 years. Anne continues to grow with the field of dentistry by exceeding the state required CME's by attending continuing education.
Anne has worked for Dr. Mark McCaffery since 2008. Anne has a gentle and loving personality. Patients find Anne's presence in the treatment rooms to be very comforting.
When Anne is not working she enjoys spending time with her two children. Anne also volunteer's at the local women's shelter. |

Luz O'Campo: Laboratory Assistant
Luz attended college in Colombia where she earned her BA in Business Administration. Luz moved to the United States in 2000.
Luz has been working for Dr. Mark McCaffery since 2008. . Luz was introduced to dentistry when she was referred to Dr. Mark McCaffery by friends. The first time she received the warm gratefulness of our patients she knew she had found her career in dentistry.
Luz handles all aspects of laboratory preparation and continues to grow as a chair side assistant. Luz is Dr. McCaffery's right hand person when it comes to restoration preparation for laboratory cases.
Luz enjoys traveling, especially when she is able to visit family in Columbia. |

Amanda Garthwaite: Front Desk Coordinator
Amanda graduated from Parsippany Hills High School in 2009. Amanda aspires to continue her education in many different aspects of dentistry.
Amanda has been working with Dr. McCaffery since 2010. Amanda's friendly attitude and warm smile brings comfort to our patients. Amanda's voice is soft spoken so when you hear the greeting when you call Dr. Mark McCaffery you will know you have called the right office.
Amanda enjoys the beach, taking her son to the park and spending time with family and friends during her spare time. |
